Executive Cleaning and Home Management

Customer Feedback Summary: Executive Cleaning and Home Management (ECHM) initially appeared professional; communication was excellent before the in-home estimate. However, I had to chase them to confirm the cleaning dates. Even after we collaborated on the times, they changed multiple times. The initial morning appointment shifted to an afternoon. After waiting for more than an hour on the actual day when they should arrive, they called to cancel. Moreover, when they did not show up, they wanted to reschedule on a day I clearly said would not work for me. This is unprofessional. I adjusted my schedule to accommodate them, only to be let down without an apology. The cleaning sessions failed to happen without prior information. When a client books a service, they expect reliability and respect, which were lacking in this case. ECHM charged $45 per hour, per person for a cleaning their promptness and preparedness to work. This is a high price for unreliable services. I could not trust them with my house if they could not respect my time. ECHM is a circus, not a cleaning service. I commend them for not demanding payment because they did not fulfill their end of the bargain. 2nd Feedback I phoned Denise to do a move-in clean for my new home, and their team did a fantastic job! She gave me a fair quote and scheduled a date for the cleaning. They cleaned every corner and left my new home spotless. I am more than impressed and will use them on a regular basis. 3rd Feedback I would not recommend executive cleaning service. We used the service on and off for about 3 years, and over time, the quality went down and was not consistent. But what made me stop using it was the set out schedule of when the cleaners were supposed to come and the many numerous times the cleaners didn’t show up without any notification. With the phone number on all the business cards and the website, the person in charge was unresponsive. We have had to stop our services due to the inconsistency of the quality and the lack of showing up when we called them to come. 4th Feedback I have been using Executive Cleaning Service for almost a year. Typically, the service rendered is excellent. My cleaning lady knows how to clean my house as if it was hers, something I deeply appreciate. She is not one to rush around and bang my furniture or make me feel uncomfortable. Rather, she takes her time to ensure she is thorough and doesn't skip any detail. The owner has always been understanding, accommodating, and honest. Whereas I have hired and worked with many house assistants in my life of over 30 years, Executive Cleaning Service is one of the two top service providers I have interacted with. 5th Feedback We had Executive Cleaning Service come clean our carpets, and we were impressed with the gentleman who did the cleaning. He came to our house early, and he was willing to do the job. He did a fantastic job and cleaned the carpets exceptionally well. I was not expecting that the older stains that the previous cleaner had failed to remove could be cleaned, but he surprised me as they were completely cleaned.
